Verizon has put their own firmware on their phones to keep you from using some of the features that were built in by the manufacturers. Why? Money! Chances are your phone already has the capability to drag and drop files back and forth between your computer and your phone. This includes music, pictures, or whatever you like. Verizon has decided that you should have to pay for each and every picture or song that you send. This is highway robbery, especially since most phones come ready to do this right out of the box. Stop paying them to take your money, demand that Verizon allow free file transfers!
