There are so many drawbacks of using helmets as they spoil your look, your hair, you are just not presentable when you take that out and if you are going somewhere. I think that the all the teenagers should revolt against this rule.

There are so many incidents where helmets have saved so many lives in case of accidents. Its a very good rule and i think everybody should follow it .
