Dr. Talwar definitely. He must have planned this for a long time. Let his wife sleep through it. Hit Arushi from behind and then slit her throat. Killed the servant too. No proof left behind as he already got hours to get rid of these. Could not dispose of the servants body as media reached the building early morning.

Dr. Talwar and Praful Durrani did it together. Both of them wanted to hide their stories from the world and had to clear Hemraj and Arushi. Hemraj was carried upstair by both of them for sure. And so both of them are denying everything.

According to me there is some extramarital affair is going on between Dr. Talwar & Dr. durani. Arushi see something very unexpected i.e. both of them means Dr. Talwar & Dr. durani in one bed. And by this incident Dr. Talwar get feared & so to vanish all his fear he killed HIS OWN DAUGHTER ARUSHI. THEN AT THIS TIME HEMRAJ COMES THERE BY LISTENING THE VOICE OF ARUSHI SO DR. TALWAR ALSO KILLED HEMRAJ.

Must be Hemraj's friend. Killed Hemraj over some other issue and as Arushi was a witness, she was murdered too.
